01Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the acb365 website accessible at acb365.club, including all associated pages, services, applications, and content.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, browses, registers an account on, or uses any service provided through the Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player upon completing the acb365 registration process.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, including cash balance and any applicable bonus balance.
• "Bonus Balance" means any promotional funds credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, welcome offer, or loyalty reward, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a Bonus Balance before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game" means any casino game, slot game, live dealer game, sports betting market, crash game, or other gaming product made available on the Platform.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, or transfer of funds to or from a Player's Account.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh and the primary transactional currency on the Platform.

02Eligibility

Access to and use of the acb365 Platform is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be met before a Player may register an Account or participate in any Game:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. acb365 strictly prohibits access by individuals under the age of 18. We may require documentary proof of age at any stage and reserve the right to suspend or permanently close any Account where the age requirement cannot be satisfactorily verified.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit you from using the Platform.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of balances.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be listed on any government-issued exclusion register, self-exclusion programme, or sanctions list that would render your participation in gaming activities unlawful or prohibited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and truthful information at the time of registration and update such information promptly if it changes. acb365 accepts no liability for losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain accurate account information.

03Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by acb365, you are required to create a registered Account. The following conditions govern the registration and maintenance of your Account:

• You must complete the registration form accurately, providing your legal name, valid Bangladesh mobile number, date of birth, and a secure password of your choosing.
• Your mobile number serves as your primary account identifier and must remain active and accessible throughout the duration of your acb365 membership.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number.
• acb365 will never ask for your password via any channel including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from acb365 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.
• You must notify acb365 immediately via the support team if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• acb365 reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time during the Account lifecycle, including but not limited to at the point of registration, first withdrawal, and upon any suspicious Account activity.

04Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the acb365 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following terms govern the depositing and withdrawal of funds:

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by the Platform, though individual payment providers may apply their own limits.
• Accepted deposit methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, and Sonali Bank transfer.
• Deposits via mobile wallets (bK ash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to the Player's Account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to process depending on the sending institution's processing times.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. The maximum single withdrawal amount is ৳200,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the Player having completed identity verification.
• Mobile wallet withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days.
• acb365 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide such documentation within 7 calendar days may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
• Bonus Balance funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Balance prior to meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Balance.
• acb365 does not charge fees on withdrawals. However, the Player's payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which acb365 accepts no responsibility.

05Bonuses & Promotions

acb365 offers a range of promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rewards, and loyalty incentives to registered Players. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount unless the individual promotion specifies a different multiplier. Wagering requirements must be met within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited.
• Bonuses may only be used on eligible Games as specified in the individual promotion's terms. Certain Games — including but not limited to live dealer games and specific table games — may contribute less than 100% towards wagering requirements or may be entirely excluded from wagering.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Claiming a welcome bonus through multiple Accounts or through the use of shared payment details constitutes fraud and will result in Account termination.
• acb365 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any modification will not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are actively being wagered.
• Bonuses awarded in error, or obtained through fraudulent means, will be voided and any winnings derived therefrom will be confiscated. acb365's decision in all matters relating to bonuses is final.
• The maximum bet permitted while a Bonus Balance is active and wagering requirements remain outstanding is ৳500 per spin or bet, unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Exceeding this limit may result in the Bonus Balance being voided.

06Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct whilst using the acb365 Platform. Violation of any prohibition listed in this section will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using the Platform if you are under 18 years of age or otherwise ineligible under Section 2 of these Terms.
• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or under a false identity.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or over the house edge of any Game.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other Players, including but not limited to sharing account credentials, coordinating betting strategies to exploit promotional offers, or engaging in chip dumping in poker-style games.
• Exploiting errors, glitches, or bugs in the Platform's software. Any Player who discovers such an issue must report it immediately to the support team. Exploiting a known error constitutes fraudulent conduct.
• Attempting to reverse, chargeback, or dispute a legitimate Transaction with your payment provider. Any confirmed chargeback will result in immediate Account termination and recovery of the disputed amount from any outstanding balance.
• Using the Platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal purpose under Bangladesh law or international law.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology for the purpose of circumventing geographic or account-level restrictions.

07Intellectual Property

All content on the acb365 Platform, including but not limited to the acb365 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of acb365 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit Players to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or transmit any Platform content without the prior written consent of acb365.
• Create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or application associated with the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice displayed on the Platform.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi remains the intellectual property of the respective provider and is subject to their own licensing terms.

08Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, acb365 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any Game, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in the Platform's content, including odds, game results, or account balance displays.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
• Any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming winnings arising from technical failures, server downtime, or internet connectivity issues outside of acb365's reasonable control.
• Transactions declined or delayed by a Player's payment provider.

In all cases where acb365 is found to be liable, the total aggregate liability of acb365 to any single Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the value of the funds held in that Player's Account at the time the claim arose.

09Responsible Gaming

acb365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to Players seriously. The Platform provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Limits take effect immediately upon setting.
• Loss Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly loss limits. Once a limit is reached, no further wagering will be permitted until the limit period resets or the limit is adjusted.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them of the duration of their current gaming session at specified intervals.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a cooling-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks, during which their Account will be temporarily suspended from gaming activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who believe their gambling may be causing harm may request permanent self-exclusion, which will result in the Account being closed and the Player being prevented from re-registering for a minimum of 12 months.

10Suspension & Termination

acb365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected engagement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Use of prohibited software or tools as described in Section 6.
• A chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the Player against a legitimate Transaction.
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or payment service providers.

Upon termination for cause, acb365 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Balance and to withhold cash balance pending investigation. Where a balance is ultimately determined to be legitimately owned by the Player and not subject to forfeiture, it will be returned to the Player via the original deposit method.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting the support team. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any cash balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method subject to standard withdrawal verification.

11Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the general principles of international commercial law and the terms agreed between the parties at the point of registration. acb365 operates as an online entertainment platform and makes no specific claims as to licensing jurisdiction. Players are responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in their own country or territory of residence.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through the acb365 Customer Support team shall be subject to binding arbitration. Players agree to pursue any claim against acb365 through the arbitration process before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

12Amendments

acb365 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, acb365 will provide notice to registered Players via email or an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 10.
